Abu Dhabi (UrduPointer News - 07 Apr 2020) In the United Arab Emirates, 300 new cases of Corona have been reported in a single day, after which the number of Corona-affected people has increased to 2,659 while 53 more patients have returned to their homes. The Ministry of Health has confirmed the arrival of 300 new cases on Wednesday, while the Ministry of Health added that a total of 239 people have recovered.
UAE Health Minister Ibalrahman al-Avisi said during a press conference that the Corona's 5,953,955 tests have been carried out in the state, which assesses the health capacity of the department. He also thanked the doctors and medical staff for caring for patients during this difficult time.
It should be noted that the 300 cases reported today are the highest reported in a single day in the UAE.
It is to be noted that the Government of India has imposed further restrictions to maintain social distance between people to prevent the spread of the disease. Regular instructions have also been issued by the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management.
While strict restrictions are imposed in other UAE cities, a 24-hour curfew like lockdown has been implemented in Dubai on the other hand. Land and air links were closed in the UAE last month after reports of the Corona virus were reported. While in the state, people are not allowed to exit unnecessarily. Regular legislation has also been enacted to punish those who violate sanctions.
