How many days until Ramadan 2020, and what effect does the coronary virus have on prayer and fasting?

The blessed month of Ramadan means daily fasting from early morning until sunset.

Raja Zahid Nawaz - adviser, equality and diversity, exclusion and association of British science expert recognized in the vision of the Moon - said: "Given the speed with which it spreads, the virus coronary, I am concerned of the impact on the Ramadan which takes just weeks away.
"Patients are exempt from fasting from a serious disease, but Ramadan collects large congregations of prayer. Special measures must therefore be taken to prevent their proliferation.
"I urge people to really follow the advice of Public Health in England accurately and make every effort to protect themselves and most vulnerable in our communities."
What's Ramadan?
Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is considered the month sacred devote the time it was revealed of God, through the angel Gabriel, the first verses of the Koran, book of Islam, the merchant caravans of his name Mohammed.
Starting from the age of puberty, all Muslims (with certain exceptions, such as what if someone was sick, or traveling, or pregnant, or elderly, etc.) in the formulation of the sunrise to the sunset, which lasts for a month which is a hallmark of Ramadan. At the end of the fasting 29 or 30 days (depending on the length of the lunar cycle) is Eid al-Fitr (festival of breakfast), when there are a lot of requirements and needs.
When is Ramadan?
Expected to start Ramadan 2020 Thursday 23 April 2020 (according to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and ends on Saturday 23 May 2020. The exact timing depends on seeing the moon.
Specifically, it is reported that the month of Ramadan starts at the first probability to the new moon (or at a predetermined date by astronomical calculation). The dates listed below are based on astronomical calculation, so they may differ slightly from those seen elsewhere.
