Egypt: The Central Bank of Egypt imposes restrictions on depositing and withdrawing cash:

The Central Bank of Egypt decided to limit the ceiling of deposits and cash withdrawals, through ATM machines, to 10,000 Egyptian pounds (about 650 dollars), as part of the procedures to face the repercussions of the outbreak of the Corona epidemic in Egypt.

He called on the central bank to reduce dealing in banknotes, rely on bank transfers, and use electronic payment methods, to reduce the possibility of transmission between citizens.

The health authorities in Egypt have imposed isolation on about 10 villages and cities, in several governorates, after recording confirmed injuries among their residents, amid continuing calls for citizens to adhere to their homes.

A spokesman for the Egyptian Ministry of Health, Khaled Mujahid, said that 10 governorates witnessed the isolation of some villages and centers, in a precautionary measure for the outbreak of the epidemic. Mujahid added that the isolation, which lasts for 14 days, requires the residents to leave their homes, provided that the Ministry of Social Solidarity takes care of their living needs, and the Ministry of Interior takes care of cities and villages, and the governors implement health instructions.
